specialized Team of experts

Over a period of time ARPL has acquired an innate sense about varying fashion requirements and trends. To execute a seamless process, ARPL has a dedicated team in its Design &Development unit coupled with hi-tech Japanese & German machines.

CAD Implementation

Depending upon the type of bulk fabric sourced & its shrinkage percentage a pattern is determined. Once the pattern is decided , it is drawn over the fabrics using CAD technology. The team uses Lectra  computer aided apparel design system to execute optimum accuracy in pattern making thereby leading to quality backed processes to produce quality laden products.

Cutting Post CAD

Once the design is drawn, it is then taken to the next main process, that is cutting of the materials into drawn patterns. Every pattern,  for a piece of single garment, is numbered and stickered . This acts as a precautionary measure for avoiding parts misplacements and enables easy assembly of garment parts, which is then taken for sewing.

Stitch & Trims

Sewing is a multi-modal process. Once a completely stitched garment is ready,it is then taken for trims which includes addition of buttons, zippers etc along with removal of excesses such as fabric, threads and stickers.

In-Line Quality Control

During the  manufacturing in-line process, various checking points are ensured and executed by the assigned supervisors who look into every garment’s measurements, cuts, stitching quality, loose fabrics and trims’ placements, to ensure an overall garment quality.

Laundry

Post garments’ production, it is then sent to the known, industry standard maintaining laundries, which ensure quality and customized wash for different garments in accordance to the specifications instructed to them beforehand.

Post Production Quality Control

Once the garments are back, another round of quality check is administered to check for any defect in the form of garment wear and tear, measurement variation, trimming exclusion or overseeing. The final round of quality checks are conducted once garments are ironed , packed and placed in the cartons for deliveries.

Stage-by-Stage Quality Control Execution

Right from the time fabrics are received from chosen sources, detailed quality checks on them have been ensured, to leave no room for poor quality.  The acquisition of  latest Quality-Control equipment, and ingrained quality-consciousness among the workforce has enabled ARPL to meet the highest AQL demand of every client, thereby applying our value system right from the first step of the process.
